• Provide a design and plan drawing service that includes organizing building control and planning permission and the engineers calculations so that you can source your own builder.
• Provide a plan drawing service as no.1) above. This also includes an estimate from a contractor that I recommend and work with on a regular basis. The benefits: the contractors are experienced loft conversion specialists that will be working directly for you without a middleman taking a huge profit. This means a LARGE SAVING for you – the client.

Who am I?

My name is Rebecca. I have been specializing in loft conversion design for nine years. My degree is a BA hons Interior Architecture. Loft conversion design is a specialist subject and as I have been focusing on this area for many years I have a better understanding of the topic, and therefore can provide my clients with a superior product compared to a general architect or designer.

I am totally independent of any building or loft conversion company, therefore my only focus and concern is for my client’s designs and how they fit their needs and wishes. I can help advise on costings if required. I will help prevent costly delays and poor planning decisions. I work with my client, for my client to maximize the best design solution, rather than a ‘take it or leave it design’ that many loft conversion companies offer.

Loft Conversion Facts

1. Trussed (“w” shaped timber in your loft) roofs can be converted.
2. There are two types on loft conversion, a roof line conversion and a dormer conversion.
3. Almost all lofts can be converted – feel free to call for advice.
4. You can put a bathroom and/or kitchen in the loft.
5. Not all loft conversions require Planning Permission.
6. All loft conversions require Building Regulations.
7. You don’t need to move out of your property whilst having your loft converted.
